- Wyndham - nearly 180 help reports
During the peak on yesterday, in excess of twenty-eight thousand power users in Victoria were lacking electricity.
Climate Outlook
Damp conditions were predicted to continue along much of Queensland's east this next several days as a low-pressure trough continued to attract humidity against the coastal areas.
Tomorrow was predicted as the most rainy day, with persistent severe weather risk expected across various areas of both areas.
Medical Alert
Medical authorities cautioned that there was an increased chance of weather-related respiratory issues across the northern rural areas, particularly given the existing atmospheric conditions.
This alert comes after previous incidents where similar conditions led to substantial respiratory problems in the region.
